🆘 Need Help?
Common Questions:
❓ Why do I need to scan each page separately?
Different pages may load different scripts. Your homepage might have basic analytics, but your checkout page might have payment processor cookies. Scanning each major page type ensures you don't miss anything.
❓ The scan says "0 cookies found" - is that right?
Possibly! Some simple pages don't use cookies. Try scanning your homepage or a page with more features. If you still see zero, your site might genuinely not use cookies (that's good for privacy!).
❓ What's the difference between cookies and trackers?
Cookies: Small data files stored in your browser. Trackers: Services (like Google Analytics) that use cookies to track visitors. One tracker might set multiple cookies.
❓ How often should I scan my website?
Scan whenever you: add new tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, live chat), change your website, or update your privacy policy. Most sites should scan at least every 3-6 months.
❓ Can I scan someone else's website?
Yes! The scanner works on any page you can visit. This is perfect for agencies auditing client sites or checking competitor practices.
